Lets talk handcuffs

I've been thinking about making a police render, and I need some handcuffs! I did some looking around and there is a pretty fancy pack for them for $10, there's a very skimpy police woman set that has some and there seem to be a good selection on... ahem...

The first one is the most attractive. I don't need a ton of them, but it's only $10. The catch you one has a nightstick, which is neato, but the outfit isn't something I'd ever use. I try to avoid buying anything from the "other site" as much as possible, I don't even know the prices for cuffs on there.

I've got a question to you who own some functional cuffs:

1. Are there any freebie cuffs?
2. Are there any "conforming" cuffs? I've messed with finnicky small props before and I know how much of a pain they can be. It also being up an interesting "conformance" concept. Shoes, for example, used to come in pairs and one object would fit to each foot independantly. Is there a pair of cuffs that does that to the wrist? (Dreaming: I think hard-body dynamics would be beautiful for cuffs)
