No newsletter announcing the release of Giselle?

I wonder if DAZ sent a newsletter yesterday to tell people that Giselle is in the store because I have received none.

Just to know because then it would mean that there is a problem for me with the DAZ newsletters...

    I got one yesterday entitled 'NEW Genesis 2 Female - Giselle 6' dated 14th May.

    I believe that I do not receive the newsletters any more since the last one that I have received is this one:

    Is it possible to see these newsletters on line when you have not received them?

    I can see the Platinum Club one that I have not received since there is a link to it in the Members Only area but I do not know if it is the same for the other newsletters...

    I looked for a link as well, so that I could post it here, but I couldn't find one either.

    I thought there used to be a link on the email itself to an HTML page, but there isn't one on the email either. It would be a hand sticky in the Commons I think.

    Thanks Lindsey, but how did you get the link if you don't mind me asking?

    It is very handy for those who don't get the newsletters now and then, for one reason or another.

    At the top of the email to the right of the DAZ 3D logo, there are always three links. The last one is "Web Version". I opened the link, which is very long. Once the web page came up, I clicked on the "Web Version" link again to get a short version of the link and posted that.

    Those three links are on all of the DAZ 3D newsletters, IIRC....

    Thank you very much for your help, Lindsey and Jimmy. I really appreciate it! :)

    I thought that there was perhaps a newsletter archive but I believe that there is none. I do not know what is happening with the newsletters that I do not receive. If it does continue I will probably have to ask DAZ what I must do to continue to receive them since I have changed nothing to my DAZ or e-mail accounts.

    Yes, I would drop a line to Support letting them know.

    I am sure it can be fixed easily enough. It has never happened to me (yet) but other users have had problems from time to time.

    It already happened once to me but I think that it was a general issue. This time it seems to be a problem that only happens to me... :roll:

    I didn't get any newsletters for a few weeks so I opened a ticket with support. I started getting them again 2 days ago, so they must have fixed something.

    Thanks maclean, I have submitted a ticket yesterday and they are investigating. I believe that the issue should be fixed soon but the tech support will let me know.

    I believe that it had to happen to me one day and I can see that I am not the only one to be affected. :)

    By the way, I started getting the newsletters about 10 days after I submitted the ticket. I got a response from Tech immediately, then a follow-up saying they had passed it to the department involved. I didn't hear any more from them - the newsletters just started arriving.

    Thank you for the warning, mac ! I believe that it will be the same for me unless the tech support really returns to me... Anyway I do not hope to get the issue fixed before next week or even a little later since it seems to take some time to resolve. I think that a little patience is needed. :)
