VUE Frontier Download

I picked up Vue in the flash sale, I have the serial in my account but where to I download it from?

When I go to Cornucopia and log in to my account there, I do not see it and it looks like you can only d/l the free Pioneer version.

    I am not sure what is going on, but it is an old version, it is not VUE 2014, but Vue 11.

    Is this a DAZ issue or something I need to take up with Cornucopia?

    You are correct: the store on Daz3d.com sells Vue 11, not the new Vue 2014. I still think you got a good deal considering that Vue 11 is 60% off. If you would like a refund, please contact customer support on this page: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/requests/new

    Yes, that was a good deal, but unfortunately it's not compatible with 10.9.2.

    It initially loaded, got an update and will no longer open.

    There is no upgrade path and the side grade to Espirt is $159, so in the end it still works out to $200

    I guess I need to pay attention to the details and not get stoked on the flash sales ;)

    If you are not able to use this purchase then you can return it, using DAZ 3D's 30 day unconditional returns policy and get your money back

    File a support ticket, using Zendesk, from the Help/Contact Us button, giving all the relevant details and using Sales as the dept to submit the ticket to.
