Not discounting For Olympia Sale *Solved*

This is in the Olympia page, I have the Pro Bundle, and it's not discounting at all.

    Greetings,
    Nor is the Olympia add-on bundle. I'm guessing it's a categorization mistake. I know they put all owners of a product in a 'group' and run the promotion giving the folks in the group the discount in the cart. Occasionally something breaks and the folks (some or all) don't get categorized correctly as, for example, Olympia6 owners.

    In any case, I'd only expect to see the discount in the cart, and I'm not seeing it at all unfortunately.

    Hopefully this'll be fixed in the morning. :)

    I've only got the base but I'm also not getting the discount, and for me it is morning - I am so fed up with these promotions that don't work when they are set live. This isn't a one off it seems to happen nearly all the time, why don't they set things live when they are in the office and stop frustrating their customers.

    I agree much of the Listed and Friends items do not show the discount. It is probably just a flagging issue in the Sale rules.

    I will mark it solved when it is- but it's 4:20am and I am headed to bed so it might not be a timely "solved" in the title. (If you admins can do it, that would be okay with me. I need my sleep!)

    Everyone here is in the customer segment that drives the rule. I've tested the rule and it is working. Keep in mind it is a shopping cart rule so you won't see the discount until you look in the actual cart.

    If anyone is still having problems please post a screenshot of your cart.

    It was working for me and no one else had mentioned any problems so I posted "Solved" to the title about two hours ago. :)
