looking for LAMH basic "getting started" tutorial

Hi,
I just purchased LAMH.
I have it installed and registered it and things seem to be working properly so on to the next
step.

Is there a basic "getting started" tutorial.
Such as
load a figure.
load a density map
make a density map in a paint program.

I am looking for a sequence of the basic baby steps to start working in it.
I did read the manual but a basic tutorial of HOW to get started rather than
here's WHAT the tools do is what I am looking for.
