My Top tab, File, Edit, Window, etc. is messed up

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I don't know what I did but now my top area is now in the wrong order. Both the tab and the dropdown from the tabs. I have a picture of the problem. I have uninstalled and re-installed from DIM. I need some way to reset DAZ3D as a whole and not just interfaces.

    Thanks. I also tried to do a delete layout but it said that there were no saved layouts. So I don't know what happened. Anyways, thanks again.
