was trying to sort out Jim Burton's Supermodel Lori and in the readme he stated I need blmilwom.obj file to extract the file with, but in the mover it says blmilwomLo.obj to extract with, so is there any way I still get this file from which package?

Go back. The second DL is a file called supermodel_lori_revised.zip. It is based on blMilWom.obj.
If you read Jim's blub, Lori's mouth doesn't open. Some expression morphs don't work well on this morph.
