Title pretty much says it all, but the wrong Goddess Hair is listed on the countdown page, and the correct one is not giving out punches like it should.

Addendum: Also, the product is not showing as owned when I got to its webpage. It *is* downloading in the DIM though and *is* on my product list.

It's been three days since I filed request #169281 because they didn't give me the punch when I bought the right Goddess Hair. I still don't have the punch. I suppose I will never get it.
Same here, still waiting for a goddess punch.
Its the weekend. There is normally no one in the office on the weekend.
They answered this twice already:
"The missing punches and missing discounts were applied to the applicable accounts on Thursday May 29th."
And it's a lie!!! At least for me, I was not given a punch. Does anyone know a way to get to someone who cares checking my account and see that nothing was applied?

Chohole, I hope you are not trying to mock me. I said already that I have ticket #169281. It's open since Wednesday and they just do nothing.

Support decided to credit my account for the goddess hair...evidently they were unable to figure out a way to add the punch.
I'm gonna go with yes. If they think they've already solved it en masse, a second ticket is the way to go if you still haven't heard back.

No, sorry I missed that you had already opened a ticket. You can add to the existing ticket, explaining that you still haven't had any feedback about that particular problem, which was a rather strange one for them to sort out apparently, judging by what alken has posted.
