Yes I will! Come on by! :-)
Did someone say food?
So pleased that you are happy with it all, it's an amazing set isn't it?
I don't want to speak for the rest of the peeps but I personally would love it if you posted a piece using the set :)

Thank you, and yes, I second this request! ;-)
Ok Rain, get your butt down state!
Meant to post this a few days ago.
This set is wonderful the attention to detail is perfect.
Very cool! Thanks for sharing!
So I have finally had a chance to start working on setting up a character using the XTech stuff. I really do like the outfit. However, I'm running into a problem with the hair. The dreads have a kink in them, and when clicking on each bone in the hair, it appears the kink is between the chest and neck bones. I have done a 'show hidden' and tried setting all the carry-forward auto morphs to 0, as that's usually how you fix stuff like this. But in this case, the kink remains. (Screenshot shows the active auto morphs, with their unchanged values since setting them back to zero didn't help anyway.)
Any suggestions on how to correct this are most welcome.
Hi there! First, can I ask you what head/body morph you are using?
For a quick fix, go into the Parameters tab for the dreads, and switch on the “Enable Smoothing” button. Then underneath that button you’ll see Smoothing Iterations. Bump that up to about 8. It’ll take a few seconds for DS to update the model, but it smoothes them out pretty good. You can also try increasing the subdivision level to 2.
Let me know how this works.

I just want to chime in and say how much I like this set and the add-on textures for it. They are very good quality. I wish I had a really nice render to show it off with but I dont.
I already tried the smoothing route, but that still had a pretty visible kink to it. (And I've got the hair at subd2 for Reality/LuxRender already.) Setting the dreads to max length does a better job of making the kink less noticeable.
The head is Camila (recent from Silver over at Rendo), but after more experimentation, I've found that was not the problem. The body is my own dialspin, so G2F + G2F Evolution morphs from DAZ. Going through an zeroing out each morph on G2F one at a time (including the head morph), I found it is the Chest Width morph that is causing the problem. On this character, I have it set to -0.5, and that's causing the kink in the hair. Further, Chest Width does not show up as a hidden auto morph in the hair, so I can't dial it back out on the hair.
I really do like the outfit. My one feature request would be a high-heal morph for the Kickers. I've substituted the boots from Pretty3D's After School 2 outfit (sold here at DAZ3D) and been working on trying to get a tiled texture to match the rest of the Cyber texture set because the Kickers are flatfooted (and yes, I know about the platform morph, that's not the look I'm after, though -- the AS2 boots are 'sturdy heals', rather than stiletto). I realize this is a long shot for a shipped product, but something to keep in mind maybe for future products.
Thanks

Yeah, I was afraid it was an unsupported morph causing the kink. I tried to add in what I could to the dreads, but it would have been too time consuming to try to rework every G2F morph. It might be best to just back that Chest Width morph out. That being said, here is a screen shot first showing the base, second the Chest Width Morph set to 1, and third, Chest Width Morph set to 1, Smoothing turned on, and Smoothing Iterations set to 8.
As far as the Kickers go, the design doesn't really lend itself to adding high heels. I love heels, but I've never been a big fan of them on an action heroine. Just a personal preference I guess.
Hope this helps!

Oh, and this one is the Chest Width set to -.5 and the Smoothing bumped up to 8
This sounds very much like "I don't intend to fix it". The smoothing option is also bugged; something about how the hair was saved with smoothing turned off overrides the setting in a scene file, so every time you load the scene, you have to remember to go turn smoothing back on again on the dreads. This is inconvenient when saving the figure+clothes/etc as a template scene file to merge in to a 'full' scene.
I don't understand why Chest Width doesn't show up as a hidden auto morph, though, so it can be dialed back out on the hair. That's probably a DAZ issue, though.
