does this Product include sliders:

Because hands need to be adjusted for every thing, so a only 1 click thing woult not be good :( I have so far just one hand pose product with sliders (dial one something).

I don't have that product but it should be possible to create master control morph sliders. It would be great if vendors selling hand pose morphs did include master sliders.
