Somerset Lodge - does it have an interior?

Looking at Somerset Lodge and thinking of picking it up - but $20 is rather steep for a shell. (Even $13.27 is rather high.) Does it have at least a basic interior?

    If it's like some of his other buildings, probably not. Fern Lea Cottage, The Dwelling, and The Mill are all highly detailed exteriors but there are no exteriors.
