Hello? Invalid Coupons...what is being done??

Hi,

Is anyone doing anything about the invalid coupons for the C2S promotion...

Coupons we have earned by spending money in your stores I might add.
I have been waiting four days for a response to an email (yes I realise there is a weekend in there).

I have only tried to buy products presented to me by clicking on the browse all link presented on the
reward banner (for the horror category)

This is simply not good enough and a terrible way to 'reward' loyal clients.

Get on to it so we can all move on with our lives please...

I have PDFs of the original transaction both before and after the coupon application.
I can't upload them here though, so if one of the moderators could email me I can send them across.

I have tried many things and gone through the items, removing some, still get the invalid message.

As far as I know the Coupons do not work on PC items or items below $3. Just as all other coupons have in the past. I have had no trouble using all of mine and I have used them all except the last one at this time.

Why show me a bunch of items I can't use a coupon on...

The items are displayed because they are normal price for non PC members, and thus will work for them although they do not work for PC members who are already able to purchase them at vastly reduced prices.
