Fenric's Layer Blending Shader and Multi-Shader Editor

Hi. I have several of Fenric's plugins and have found them extremely useful.

Has anyone used Fenric's Layer B;ending Shader and / or his Multi-Shader Editor?

I sometimes make faces with Facegen - then need to take the color of the face and adjust the torso/neck/extremities to match.

Didn't know if these would simplify that process (or if people have other good case use scenarios) - or if I'm better off just finding the original texture maps and bringing them into photoshop to try to match there.

Thanks for any suggestions.

hello I think you need this

Color Balance Shader Is that texture map just a tad on the green side? Colors too vibrant? Have a great prodecural stack that's just a bit too dim? This simple shader lets you adjust R, G, B, H, S, V values of the color result of a sub-shader.

or this Enhanced Color Shaders from fenric's site looks like it does a similar job only more so?

    Details

    Enhanced Color Balance

Color Balance allows you to take a single sub-shader, and then adjust the
red, green, blue, hue, luminosity, and saturation. The amount of adjustment
is determined by another sub-shader, rather than a slider.

    Enhanced Color Merge

Color Merge allows you to take separate sub-shaders and build a new color
from them. You can adjust the level of each sub-shader using another sub-
shader for insane levels of control!

Colour Balance shader I use all the time .

God Bless Fenric and all who use his plugins :)

Thanks Head Wax. I have that that set but hadn't played with the Color Balance Shader in a very long time - gives excellent control and would let me do the manipulations within Carrara - so may be a good option. Adjustment layer in photoshop works well too and lets you see both images (say face and torso) as you're trying to match one to the other - so may use both at different times.

    Thanks again.
