Dragons for POSER?

I know there's a new dragon for DAz, or it seems like there is anyway but are there any for Poser? I can't get Daz shit to work right so I want something that isn't imported from Daz...
I have Millenium Dragon 2 but it's got this specific look that I'm not really feeling
But I like the options it has
Is there anything like MD2 that looks better?

The store of mighty mestophales has a dragon, zombie dragon, and mech dragon which list Poser in software.

    There's Mestophales Dragon http://www.daz3d.com/mestophales-dragon

    Predatron has dragons.

Swidhelm has Robustus + expansion, Skyworm Bull, and more over at Rendo

Nothing I've seen really has the options that this new dragon has.

There are the eight dragons in the Dragon Clutch series by Dinoraul. They're Poser compatible

Valandar has the land dragon and dragon turtle. Predatron and MM have both been mentioned.

There is the DAZ Subdragon. Since the newer versions of Poser have subd, it works better than it did in earlier versions. It has legacy rigging so it works well in Poser. There are plenty of add ons both here and at Rendo for the subd dragon.

If you can use the Subdragon, the vendor DarioFish over at Renderosity has some morph sets and textures to make it look more rough.

I'd recommend the SubDragon. It's been my go-to for a while.

However, I remember when the SubDragon came out, there were some issues with it and Poser's Sub division, so I'm not sure if it will work as well.

Poser didn't have SubD when the SubDragon came out.

It depends upon the version of Poser the OP is using. You could use the subdragon in version of Poser that don't have sub D but you had to make certain that smooth polygons was checked in render settings and play around with such things as minimal shading rate. In versions without sub D, the subdragon may not be useful for close up work but does well with mid and background placement.

Since it is legacy rigged, it can be used in Poser out of the box without the necessity of the DSON. The LE version is an PC item. If the OP is a PC member, starting with that version can save money.

And as far as I remember (I am not happy about the vanished forumarchive) - you had to check normals forward in the material room for the subdragon or you get holes in the wings ... very vague memory ...

There is a list of dragons:

The Daz store links are outdated - you will have to use the search function of the store with the name of the dragon ...

No, but it had "smoothing", which actually was a variant of SubD, just a very poorly implemented version of SubD. The end result was arrowheads inflated like balloons, and the SubDragon's wings had the front and back sides of the wing membrane poke through each other.
