FSMC, yeah that's a good example except the shirt shows too much cleavage. My project involves a young girl so the slut factor needs to be zero.

You can use one of the geoshell items like https://www.daz3d.com/sexy-skinz--modesty to address the bare skin.  Serzart at Rendo has some nice shirts that are more modest.  Otherwise you might end up needing to use a T-Shirt.
