Hi, I dont use daz myself but I had some artwork done for me by someone who was using daz, the person who done the artwork of the figure I required has unfortunately ran out of time and can no longer help me. The figure is complete but i need someone to change her stances and outfits of whats shes wearing, I have all the files of the lady character, ''Echo''. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction of where I can get someone to continue the little bit of work required. Thanks

Moved to the Commons as it's a request for help, not an offer of a freebie.
If your "figure" is some kind of character preset for one of the standard figures, such as Genesis 2 Female, perhaps with clothes and hair and with textures then you can provide a scene subset or a set of presets for another person to work from, as long as they also own the original content. You may not, however, provide them with the textures or data files unless they were purely created from scratch by your other collaborator. Only the person purchasing commercial content is permitted to use it, and the same is true of most freebies too - redistribution of mesh, textures or morphs is not allowed. This shouldn't be an insuperable obstacle, but you do need to make sure you are providing only the settings (even a scene file is settings) not the content.
DS 4.6 Pro is free so you are spared that expense.
You will need a list of products the artist used. Which figure? Echo is originally a V4 character and texture but can be used on Genesis and Genesis 2 Female with work.
You can do it yourself. As Richard stated, you will have to purchase all the relevant files for texture (check under the M4/V4 PA sale add because Echo was at 80% off), hair, clothes, props. If you are really pressed for time and don't have time to learn, then the next best is to hire someone to finish.
However, if they don't own some or any of the files you require, you will likely have to buy a gift card for them to make the purchases. Unless they are willing to add the cost the final bill.
