Crossbow not showing up in cart

When I try to put the crossbow in my cart, I keep getting an error that I have exceeded the max number of purchases allowed. Ideas?

    You put it in the cart when you were not fully logged in to the store.

    Make sure that you are logged in to the store and then add another random item. You should now see the first item appear. Remove the product you don't want and go to checkout.
