Looking for this horse texture

Ive been seeing renders popping up with this texture anyone know where to get it? Thanks

    A lot of the horse textures that used to be out there are gone, but this looks to a mix of some of cwrw's mats for the original Mil Horse to me. Her Painted Ponies at rendo has a couple that look very close (look at the bottom of the preview tab with the feathers, and check the slide show to see all the options.) http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/cwrw-painted-ponies-texmap-megapack/69468/

    that's what I was thinking til I saw more than one artist using the texture, perhaps I will have to see what I can do with combining a few of the textures

    It may also be the Hivewire horse with one of cwrw's new textures.

    It would be easier if we new who the artist was and/or where the render came from. May be able to tell you just by who made it.

    True, although a big part of the problem is that while there are at least seven different horse models out there in common use, the same small handful of artists seem to have made texture sets for all of them. I'm pretty sure the horse in the image isn't the AD or the P4 Horse, but consider that Laurie, aka CWRW, did a lot of the original DAZ MIl horse sets, which were then ported up to the official DAZ horse 2 Pro sets, and she's since been heavily involved with the Hivewire Horse, while LadyFyre's worked with all three Daz Horses (besides 1 & 2 there's also the Charger, remember,) as well as Bloodsong's wonderful old Heavy Horse. That said, I'm about 95% sure that this is a cwrw work, but it may be from the Ultra DAZ Horse 2 set that I don't believe ever came out.

    I'm not doubting you. It was just a suggestion, because with the name of the image creator, someone might be able to track down image credits somewhere.

    thanks I did ask one of the artists and she said it was cwrw texture, I thought I had them all but apparently I missed one lol

    This is in the CWRW Painted Ponies Mega pack it's the BayBrabantSabino texture, took me a bit of lookin and comparing .Quicky render but with better lighting like the sample picture anybody else see the resemblance?
