Missing Hair?

I wasn't certain where to post this.  I just purchased the EJ ARgos Deluxe pack.  All the info indicates the character comes with hair.  I found presets only for facial hair.   The actual hairstyle that is supposidly part of the character does not seem to exist.

    Each hair preset supposidly loads the head hair, but I just found only one of them actually does.

    I have this product and all of the hair components (hair, mustache, soul patch, and eyebrows) are present for me.  Perhaps a bad download?
