Does any of those "doors" open/close?

GIS Orion has a Door_Open parameter, which slides the door downward into the floor. You can also manually rotate it about the Y axis, but it rotates about the center of the door, so you'll have to do some very minor manual positioning and rotating if you want it to open like a hinged door instead.
I do not see a way to move the door in GIS Sigma, unless I'm just missing it. One could select both the door and door's window surfaces and set them to be completely transparent to hide them if you wanted a door-sized opening with no door.

Both Sigma and Orion doors open the same way - as above, they slide down into the floor :)

Thanks for the correction, Jack. I looked at it again, and I see the Door_Open parameter now, it's in the cnr_door node. I thought the gss_cnr_wall node was the door, I didn't expand it far enough.
