$5 off $30

Hi DAZ people, I tried to take advantage of the $5 off next purchase of $30 that's going on right now; it said no coupon code was necessary. But I didn't see the $5 off reflected anywhere during the purchase, is there a voucher or something for the $5?

    Normally, it will show up under dicount when you go to the cart. The subtotalhas to be $30 or above to work. Can you post a screenshot?

    Well, the transaction is already completed so I can't post a screenshot. Here' s a screenshot of the order in my account, though. During the transaction there was no $5 off reflected in the discount/coupon code areas. Mind you, I know I still got a pretty good deal for the price I paid! But $5 is lunch at McDs! ;)

    It is probably included in the amount of discount you have got, have you checked that out to see if it is correct.

    Unfortunately I can't try to replicate the process to check, since I can't add the items to my shopping cart. So you think the $5 was taken off items individually instead of showing up in the discount or coupon etc areas? Is that what normally happens?

    Im not seeing it either.

    I just put three PA items in my cart, none of them new and this is what I see.

    Thanks for checking that. I just added genx to my cart to pretend I was going to buy it and there was a $5 discount listed. But this was not true during my transaction.

    It seems to be working on some items and not on others. I put the Mad Chemistry lab in my cart and it took off another $5

    BTW had you noticed that if the items in your cart are from the spring cleaning sale, the 80% offers, that discount doesn't stack with other offers

    Marketing said its fixed. Though Cho would be right about the 80% off stuff

    It does stack with the PC-items, though. :-)

    Nope. It does NOT seem to be working on PC items for me. I put 16 of the $1.99 PC items in the cart and it didn't take the $5 off. The total in the cart was still $31.84.
    Oh well. back over to the wish list they go.

    EDIT: Problem solved. Some of the $1.99 PC items I had put in the cart were also listed in the V4 / M/4 sales and so they weren't being counted toward the $30 total required.

    Well...crud. I bought a good bit more than $30 last night, and it would have been nice to have that discount. And I'm likely to buy a good bit tomorrow, but it'll probably expire at midnight. :-/

    Hi. I added Aiko 6 Pro Bundle yesterday and the $5 discount didn't show. So I didn't buy. Daz is confusing at times.
