(SOLVED) Dark Sisterhood (or Gated Courtyard) Bundle: the Countdown 2 Summer reduction does not appl

Perhaps that it does only happen to me but the Countdown 2 Summer reduction that should apply to the bundle that we have chosen to buy does not seem to apply. Is it an error or is there a code to enter when checking out? If there is a code to enter, I do not see it anywhere...

The reduction should be more important depending on the amount of punch items that you have collected but the only one that appears is the PC reduction (51% off). It should even be free if you have collected 25 punches.

    I'm having the same problem. I've put it in the shopping cart but it comes up as the 30% off price only, even though I collected enough punches for it to be free!

    Neither the bundle(s) nor the individual items (not sure whosh is supposed to be free) show up as free, and also the entire stack bonus for the otehr new releases seems to be broken at the moment.

    Glad to know it's being worked on. As of right now, still not fixed. Usually, these problems get fixed by noonish EST.

    Just to confirm - the bundle does include Medieval Sewer, correct?


    The reason I ask is because the picture in the bundle shows the sewer, but it's not listed in the included items.

    Yes, same here. Thought it was because of PC +
    but as it seems the C2S reduction doesn't apply at all?!?!

    Yea, but even if you did not get enough to go for 100% discount, you'd still be stuck with whatever percentage you got. (I got close enough to max that it might be worth splurging some...) Still not applying the discount, so just waiting for things to get fixed. :)

    Happily (or not, depending on if you are my bank manager or not ;)) I am due one of the items for the full 100% off. I suspect that it is all snarled up with the roll-out of the PC+ beta program, so we 'also serve, who sit and wait' :)

    The issues are fixed:

    - The price does now reflect the Countdown 2 Summer price reduction (up to 100%)
    - The Medieval Sewer is now included in the Dark Sisterhood Bundle

    Glad it is working for you cause it is not working for me.

    If I put the Gated Courtyard into the cart it still shows up at the 30% off price for a new item.
