Missing Files?

This morning I purchased both the Dark Sisterhood and Gated Courtyard Bundles.

In DIM, I don't see the Sewer and I only have Epic Flail Ps, no DS?

Before I open a ticket, is anyone else seeing the same results?

    Could you check your product library to see if it's there? I just had Ben add these for everyone that should have had them but didn't get them. It would be nice to get a confirmation as to whether or not what he did worked.

    **Edit** The reason I say check your product library is that you may have filters in DIM that are keeping you from seeing the products. So you may want to check those as well.

    Just checked and the Sewer isnt in my Product Library.

    Epic Flail is there, but just the PS file.

    I realized that. I already played with the filters to see what I had hidden. But it didn't change.

    I try to hide individual packages instead of wide application ones.

    When I look at the sewer product page, it's showing it as not purchased.

    Still missing. Opened a ticket. Now waiting.

    Ticket is still open, but the sewer appeared in my DIM this morning.

    So I am not sure what fixed the issue. My thanks to whoever worked on it.
