Request to Panda regarding Lin dForce Hair

I have been trying out the Lin dForce hair by Panda and I have a couple of requests:
1) After simulation the tails still do not fall down straight as they would under gravity, could you please adjust the dForce settings to allow the tails to fall straight (see attached image for comparison).
2) Could you perhaps provide a morph to shorten the side bangs.
