Creating Twisting Leg Muscle Morphs

Hi All,

   I am an extreme Hexagon novice, and I was wondering if there is a way to create leg morphs that kind of twist around the bones as opposed to just having the musle contract. I am wanting to experiment with the dynamic morps in Virtual World Dynamics to make more realistic muscle dynamics during a walk cycle. In the VWD the Left to Right or Up and Down morphs have to exist on the figure then it can use the morphs to create dynamics. How would morphs like that be created?

    A morph moves the affected vertices in straight lines from start position to end position. More complex deformations require multiple morphs working in conjunction.
