Gis nova materials error

Hi!

When I try to load the material files of Gis Nova Forlorn I only keep getting these error messages.

    These are GIS Nova textures that it is looking for, do you get this error when load GIS Nova itself, or only when trying to add the Forlorn texture set?

    I don't have Forlorn, but I do have GIS Nova, and I have these files in my data folder, you do know that you need to load GIS Nova first?

    I've loaded Gis Nova without problem, but when I try to add the materials I'm getting these errors.

    I wonder if Forlorn has been updated recently?

    Do you use DIM, if so, I would try uninstalling Forlorn, and downloading and installing the latest version of it (if one is available).

    Failing that, Jack Tomalin may have an answer for you, or someone else who has the set, but the textures it is looking for seem to be the same ones that it just loaded as part of GIS, very strange.

    Those aren't the textures, they are the asset files - the actual model. As Jimmy says, most likely the issue is that the products (Nova and Forlorn) have been updated to use DS 4.6 asset files but you haven't installed the updated base, or you installed the Legacy or Poser versions instead of the DSON core version.

    Well I somehow solved the problem - I used the poser version, that one loads without complaining.
