Phoebe HD Bundle not giving extra discount

I noticed today that Phoebe Bundle has lost its NEW tag so it should be eligible for the PA PC+ additional stacking summer promo discount. I have 3 summer stack items in my cart but when I add the PHoebe bundle it goes in at only 30% no extra discount even tho FWArt is in the PC+ PA's for today. Is it supposed to give a discount or not?

    If it has only just lost it's new tag then it wouldn't have been programmed into what was eligible when the sale was set up.

    OK, So do I wait for it to be setup or is it just too late for this sale?
