I'm looking for a skillful Hair Figure creator to make a twintail hair figure in the syle worn in Harajuku and Gothic Lolita fashion.

This hair is similar, unfortunately the tails have only three bones. I think the tails need at least 6 or 7 bones. The tails also need to be thinner and straighter and the fringe/front is different.
