What to do when you buy the same item twice by accident?

I thought the system would know I bought something already if I tried to buy it twice. I guess not. Where do I get in touch with customer support?
Thanks,
TS

    https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/requests/new

Fill in the info and they will refund you for the second purchase.

Just make sure you do so before your 30 days are up.

On the menu at the top of this page, select "Contact Us" under "Help". You'll be given three options - the one in the middle is "Submit a Help Request" That's the one you want. Ask for a refund (I'm told one can often get store credit faster than cash), and don't forget to give the number of the order where you bought the duplicate.

(And the system will let you buy multiples of the same item in case you want Gift Cards or Game Developer's Licenses.)

EDIT: Ninja'ed! I'll leave mine up anyway.

On the store page, the green "Add To Cart" button will change to a grey "Purchased" button. Note that this is on the item's store page, not a category page that happens to have that item's thumbnail on it, e.g. the New Releases page.

The reason why it only tells you something has been bought before, and doesn't actually stop you doing it, is that there are things you will want to buy more than once, like Gift Certificates or regular PC membership renewals.

Ok, Thanks for the info and the way it works. It seems like I tried to add things before and it caught it but this time I added it from a main page after a generic search on Victoria 4. Probably not the place to ask but here goes...:) The reason I bought Victoria 4.2 twice was because when I try to add a bikini to her, she already has panties on and they are bigger than the bikini. So I was thinking I need the "base" V4 and thought I found it but it was the 4.2 version I already have and with the issue I mentioned. So what do I really need to fix this?
    Thanks,
    TS

The purple bikini is part of the default texture -- apply a different skin texture. The V4.2 base has a texture in People > Victoria 4 > Materials > V4 Sample-Res named "!All Natural NG" without the bikini.

Thanks fixmypcmike. That is what I needed to know. Quite new at DAZ but I can handle that.

V4.2 is just the most recent version with glitch fixes and a few extra features of the original V4 — anything marked as "for V4" will work with V4.2. It gets a bit complicated sometimes, but if you're not sure about anything just ask here in the forums.

Thanks for the help, I submitted my claim. I am sure it won't be my last need for help. :)
