The maximum quantity allowed etc etc!

I've been trying to add an item to my cart for the last couple of hours and it's driving me loopy! I've tried adding random items to the cart, logging out and in, removing all the cookies and clearing the cache, but all to no avail. Does anyone know the current workaround for this seemingly age old site issue?

Just add another random item to the cart, and the invisible item will show up again. Afterwards, delete the random item.
It is a problem that happens when you are adding an item to your cart while not logged in, ad then log in. The problem is known to DAZ for several months, but I doubt that it will be fixed any time soon.

Actually I was logged in the whole time, and I have tried adding other items as you suggest, which usually works, but not in this case! I've tried the known workarounds several times and I still cannot add this one item to my cart. Very frustrating. Thanks for the reply :-)

I think the problem lies with the wish list. I have been trying to add the item to my cart from there and I always get the maximum quantity error. However I just tried adding the item to the cart from the product page instead and it worked. It's strange since I've been adding several items recently from the wishlist without issue, and the error message only appeared with this one item. Go figure! Well at least I can continue with my purchase now, so, yay! :-)

Yes, they are currently working on the wishlist...
Glad you found a solution, and sorry for not reading you initial post properly. (I could blame the small mobile screen for that, but it's not really a valid excuse. :red: )

It is a perfectly valid excuse! In my world, mobiles suck, and I can barely read the text on my laptop's 17 inch screen. But I guess that's advancing age ....... :-D

I think what happens is that, while the quantity block has been eliminated in the revised wishlist, multiple quantities are still entered to the wishlist if the product wishlist is clicked more than once OR if you use the 'move to wishlist' block in your cart while the item is already in your wishlist.
