I would love to see a collection of seperate buildings, roads & intersections that would line up with the Urban Sprawl 3.  Everything from drug stores (CVS, Walgreens type) to Fast Food locations and car dealerships.  And the appropriate driveway enterances to get into places like that from the road. 

 

Day/Night iray materials (since I'm dreaming - why not LOL).

    It's ok to dream.

    You could if you really wanted to be a little DIY. Find a 3d app and make some boxes. If you wire textureshade a scene. Some things aren't as complicated as you might think they are. The hard part might be the texture mapping to make it look like it's part of the same thing.
