Just got an email to say my PC club had expired. I had it set up with a saved credit card profile to renew for one month @ $7.95.
But for some reason, it didn't do it.
Anybody got any idea why??? I don't particularly want to go through the whole buying the PC club again - I simply wanted it to renew for ONE month using my saved credit card profile. All the info was there - but it didn't do it.

I am afraid you will have to contact support ...
Happened to me too. The Platinum Club doesn't pick up the changes in your account. I changed my credit card which entailed creating a new profile. You can go into the Platinum Club tab and select it in there. you should write to customer service as well to make sure they get it in time.
I can't select ANY saved profile in there - it only says "want to resubscribe? Add Platinum Club to your account...yada yada". I purposely made a new saved card profile JUST for it to renew for the one month.

:(
Our memberships may be different or I changed mine before the deadline or something. Hope you contacted support.
yep i sent in a support ticket today.
I even checked the Knowledge Base and it states:
https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/entries/124104-How-does-my-Platinum-Club-Membership-automatically-renew-
If you have both of these items properly submitted in your "My Account>Platinum Club>Membership Info" (see the attached image below if you have trouble locating this section) account data, then a few days before your membership expiration date arrives, DAZ will automatically debit your credit card account $7.95 and extend your membership one month.
And yep, I had "both" those items properly submitted. So why it didn't even ATTEMPT to renew I have no idea.
....aaaaaaaaand still waiting for response from support. :sigh:
.........aaaaaaaaaaand it's goodbye to the PC membership from me.
Support response was unhelpful to the nth degree. Claimed it was unable to process the request from the billing information required - which is the exact same billing information that is used when purchasing anything in teh store and goes through without a hitch - and they sent an email to me saying it didn't work although it does come from a no reply address that is often rejected by MANY email providers. Which is very efficient, isn't it?? And that I can renew my membership from teh options there which is the three month purchase or the yearly purchase.
Nope, not what I wanted.
So goodbye to PC - straw that broke the camel's back.
On a better note, I did renew my membership at "the other store" yesterday instead. :D :D
i think the pc can take store credit these days, if you bought yourself a gc?
iz a roundabout, but if they still open to dialog about the renewal glitch ....
