Bonus weekend sale DO bonus not working?

So I have 3 items from the bonus weekend sale in my cart, then add a DO but the DO is not showing any discount and its less than 10.00. has anyone successfully gotten 10 off for DO's? The DO does not have the new sticker so should be eligible.. Is there a trick to getting the discount?

    I did notice if I qualified for the free Chroft Apartment Complex Illuminations Kit, it doesn't count as a purchase towards the free DO allowance.

    I didn't even realise you had to also add the DO at the same time, so that's another discount lost!!! Why can't they just issue a voucher?

    OK, no need to answer that. I already know. All together now ... complex promotions means ... MAX profits!
