    Ah you trying to install into DS or Poser, and have you downloaded the correct version for the program you are using.

    Just a thought

    Edited to add Are you using DIM to install, or are you installing manually.

    I also had a problem with this product. I downloaded the zip file manually and when I unzipped it, 7-Zip reported a CRC error on one file (data\PandyGirl\Jewelry Box-Elani Collection\03_EarringL_A\Morphs\PandyGirl\Base\SwingOut.dsf). The same thing happened when I downloaded with DIM. The file was copied to the proper folder, but when I loaded the earring (03_EarringL_A) in DAZ Studio, I got a missing assets error and the SwingOut morph was missing for the left earring. The right earring was okay. I have submitted a support ticket.

    Cho, same thing is happening to me, via DIM.
    ETA: downloads but fails to install.

    DAZ just released an update for the Elani Collection. It fixed my problem.
