V5 Elite Ponytail Invisible

I am trying to get the V5 Elite Ponytail installed in Poser 2014 on Mac. I installed the dyson file but its showing up invisible. I have installed A6 and she works fine it's just the ponytail showing up invisible.

Thank you for any help you can give me.

    Did you install both the DSON core and the PoserCF or only the latter? The core package includes the geoemtries and textures, the PoserCF is usually only the library files for loading them.

    I think only the poser file I guess that's the problem thank you
