"upgrade" duplicate thumbnails in Basicwear Unimesh fits

I have the product "Basicwear Unimesh fits", bundled with "Basicwear for M4" ( http://www.daz3d.com/basicwear-for-m4 ). It has a few content thumbnails that look like duplicates except they have "upgrade" in the name. What are these, and/or do I want or need them vs. their similarly-named counterparts?

If it matters, I don't use M4, but do use Genesis 1 to which I would autofit these items.

    The upgrade versions have added morphs for H4, etc. If you're autofitting to Genesis you don't need them.
