Is there a way to use AoA anime eye UVs on G2F?

Basically the title. I have a gen1 figure using the Toon Style Shaders eyes standing next to a gen2 figure using the same eye shader, but they look completely different. G2 does not have an option for the AoA eye UV, whereas gen1 does.

The Genesis1 figure doesn't have the Cornea eye surface, but it was put back in for Genesis 2. That's probably what the difference is — a lot of the really good eye materials used that Cornea surface in pre-Genesis textures to add extra effects "floating" over the actual coloured parts of the eyes. I can't remember if anyone ever made an add-on prop for Genesis 1 eyes; without that, I don't think there's any way to get the two to look the same unless you get rid of the Cornea on G2F altogether by zeroing out all Cornea surfaces parameters and dial the Opacity all the way down.
^^Your verbiage is a little off.
They all have the Cornea. It's Eye Reflection/Eye Surface that Genesis 1 doesn't have. V4 has the extra Eye Surface and G2F has the extra Eye Reflection.
I don't have the product in question (I'm assuming the eyes that come with the SSS Toon product as AoA doesn't have a Toon Eyes product). If it installed a new set of UVs for Genesis, you'd have to either ask for a product update, or copy the UV over to G2F. I'm not sure how this is done, but it would be whatever process is used to say get V4 UVs onto G2F.
A screenshot may also help.

Yes of course, that's it. Forget where I left my head next time... :red:
It's not the thing with the mapping on the Iris is it?

It might be; I only really started poking about with G2F in earnest when I got V6 the other day, I actually forgot about the eye materials until I read your post. Can you post a closeup render of just the G1 and G2F heads side by side so we can see exactly what's happening?
G1 Basic female on the left, G2F on the right.
I do not have but does changing UV set on eye surfaces help
The AoA Anime Eyes use their own UV mapping, which is installed for Genesis. It's not an available option for G2 on the Surfaces tab.
well that answers that, map transfer only thing that might help or fix in a uv unwrap program and import as new uv in surfaces
That's my issue exactly
