Cute face in Elf Song/promo banner?

I wonder if anyone knows what character or morph was used to create the toonish face in the Medieval Magic banner (cropped from an Elf Song promo pic). I don't remember seeing anything like that for the Genesis 2 Female before. Very cute. :)

It's certainly G6, I'm not sure if any presets were added or not, but the face from Filippa Hair promos looks very similar: http://www.daz3d.com/sales-promotions/filippa-hair.
