Is there something like https://www.daz3d.com/dem-broken-doll-makeup-for-genesis-8-female for the complete body? Can't find any.
Any advice?

Try this PA: https://www.daz3d.com/cynderblue he/she is the one that did the Doll House Collection series of characters. They also have a catalogue over on Renderosity. Very nice characters, but I've yet to purchase any of them so I couldn't tell you if they would have the exact types of skin textures that would suit your needs. I don't recall seeing any of those characters with similar broken skin like in the 3rd promo image of the product you're referring to, so they might not be it. Would be a very interesting texture to use for the whole body for sure!
Depending on what it's for, Ron's Cracks might help to do it in postwork: https://www.daz3d.com/rons-cracks (or to set something up as a LIE preset).
Unfortunately, the product says it requires Photoshop, which there's a good chance the OP doesn't have. Does this stuff work without Photoshop?
Ron's brushes can usually work in GIMP too
That's good to know. There's a few products of his I would like to try at some point, but the idea of having to buy Photoshop for them kind of shoo'ed me away.
^There's only a few of Ron's products that need PS and those are the ones that rely on layer styles. GIMP can use .abr brushes and can open .psd layer files.
This is almost what I was looking for. Maybe I can change the skin so that I have more of the cracks. Thanks a lot for that.
