Transfer the entire content folder from the old computer.

Do you use Categories, Products, or Smart Content?

Mike asks about how you save your custom stuff.

My opinion is various presets would be the best. Read a very good tutorial on saving morphs (the trick is to choose only non-zero values lest all morphs you have will transfer - while it won't affect the character with your current library configuration, if you send it to another person there will probably be errors showing) and get to work, it's easy once you've grasped the concept :).

As long as you save your scenes or presets inside My Library (or whatever content folder you use) then all the files you need are saved there.

If you create custom categories or metadata you should Export User Data to save that information; otherwise you just need to Re-Import Metadata on the new computer.

One more thing - when saving scenes, everything else in the viewport will be wiped out. I ommit that by saving my stuff as Scene Subsets, because they work normally while keeping the ability to be merged into a scene. This way you can have a scene added after you set on the character.
