Mimic live seems to record and capture on the voice from the mic but is there an option to load already recorded wav file to be analyzed and thus the movements captured.
if mic live does not have the function what is the program which gives me this facility.

I don't use Mimic Live!; I use Mimic Pro (which might be rather hard to find; it's no longer in the DAZ Store, and the link to the product from the Mimic Lite page is dead). Mimic Lite is still available, however.
They're both stand-alone applications (meaning the output can be used in either Poser or DAZ Studio) that enable you to do what you appear to want: accept a pre-recorded audio file, and generate an animated pose file from that.
Also, if you're using the 32-bit version of DAZ Studio, look in the Tabs menu for the Lip Sync tab (Window --> Panes (Tabs) --> Lip Sync). On that pane is an option to load an audio file, play it back, record a new one -- pretty much everything you're looking for. (But it's only in the 32-bit version; if you're running the 64-bit, it ain't there!)
