I've asked for this once before.  Not wanting a SCUBA diver, No flippers, Just an old fashioned Divinig suit with a round Diving helmut, weight belt, boots, etc. Yes I know all about the ones on Renderosity, but although they are close, they are no cigar. It doesn't have to have the drill like the Bid Daddy in Bioshock, so It wouldn't violate any copyrights, but just something meanacing looking. or not even menacing but realistic. Something Quality like the outfits Aeon Soul does for the Gen 8 or the next gen male. A Big Mama would be nice too, but only after there is a Big Daddy.  The face (eyes) dont have to show through the glass, in fact it would be better if they didn't.  Thing about all the sea stuff we have, mermaids, aligators, sharks, pirate stuff, fish, aquaman, tentacled sea creatures, creech, underwater plants, bubbles, light rays.  Everything but the one thing I want and need.  Please someone make a quality one!

  • Thank you, that is the closest thing so far. It looks a little too hunched over, and I know the big daddy had that too, but I want something more along the lines of this.

Nautical Bric-a-Brac has the helmet. Maybe a diving suit could be made from one of the supersuits/nosuits. There are a few hose sets to make the connections, like SY dForce Ropes, Vines and Tubes, or Flex Pipes

Here's a Deep Sea Diver suit for Michael 4 at Rendo.

  • The Nautical Bric a brac worked but it's not really user friendly.  It doesn't follow the pose.  I am looking for a Genesis 8 solution, but those at least are helpful suggestions.  Thanks.

If you parent the Bric-a-Brac helmet prop to the chest, it will follow the pose. You just need to move it into place with the x,y,z transforms.

  • I parented it to the head and it works.  I thought that it did that automatically since it is a helmet after all.

    Thanks!

The head might not be the best place, since you could turn your head inside the helmet without moving the helmet itself. It sits on your shoulders, but can only be parented to one node, so the chest, or upper chest, is probably better. But, whatever works best for you.
