Indoor lighting

can someone please recommend a good lighting tutorial, that doesn't cost me a ton of money. I could really use the help or tips on indoor lighting. Many thanks!

There are lots of free tutorials on DAZ Studio, Step 5 is for Lights in particular, there are also some paid ones by the same vendor..
