Darwins Mishap has some tattoo packages that might work. https://www.daz3d.com/lie-tattoo-presets-2-for-genesis-3-and-8-male and at least one other.

Depending on how comfortable you are dealing with textures directly, Orestes Graphics has a few sets of Photoshop Brushes that might also work.

Mikhail have an interesting shoulder/sleeve tattoo, I like to use hexagons for sci-fi.
