Transferring Mixamo animations to Genesis 2 figures in Carrara?

I am wondering if there is a way for me to transfer Mixamo animations onto Genesis 2 figures in Carrara?

    Personally, I use C4D to import the Mixamo FBX and export the sequence in Obj.Seq. to use in Element3D.
    Carrara doesn’t like Fbx imports.
    You can also use Blender which is free.

    But... I don't use the Genesis characters.

    Have you tried uploading Genesis to the Mixamo website?
    I don’t know if it’s allowed by DAZ3D. frown

    FBX import works OK for me but transfering Mixamo and other not DAZ animations I use iClone 3Dxchange

    I don't know of any free way to do it except possibly UE4 retargetting

    other paid ways include Motionbuilder 

    if on a Mac you need to contact customer support as they omitted the FBX importer 7 years ago so have a 0 value file

    I use BVH, then import that to the figure in Daz Studio and then export to aniBlocks.

    only works if it is for that figure though and Mixamo removed the M4 BVH option for their motions

    I must try the UE4 option as not everyone can afford iClone pipeline or Motionbuilder and would like to find a free way to do it

    Mecanim in Unity is the other free way I know of but I dislike using Unity it uses up too much C: drive space too
