newborn animal morphs

I have been looking for a newborn morph for the MilDog and MilCat animals especially.
I have tried using the built-in morphs in both the full MilDog as well as the MilDog Puppies. The body parts of both dogs do not morph independent enough so I can change/dial the bod parts individually to give me the body proportions most aligned with newborn dogs....and/or cats.
Because I do not know how to bring these figures out of Poser into another modeling application I have no way of creating these morphs.

I would love if someone well versed enough to do this were to make these morphs and offer them as freebies or even for sale here or elsewhere, I would certainly love them.

Anyone interested?
