HDRI lighting source, slight cellophane effect in post
Meshy AI 3D Viking Cats
rigged with Mixamo but had to import into DAZ Studio Carrara plugin as FBX throws an error in Carrara
duf converted to blended weight saved as support asset works
Very good. I don't understand most of the maneuvers, but I think an animation is next for these guys.
it is animated but I haven't uploaded the video yet
Mixamo no longer exports an FBX compatable with Carrara but DAZ studio will import it now
so I had to save it from there
Viking pussies... just when you thought cats had already done enough plundering and furballing
awesome stuff Wendy
Great job, Wendy. Looking forward to more fun from the characters. Interesting workflow
oh i like all cats:) and the image to.:)
had to use my pumpkins and spiderbat, chook and saladfingers somewhere!
Groovy !!!
Take a day off, we'll finish setting up the scene.
It's understandable that this time you may feel uncomfortable…
My fellow Carrarists will notice the tribute to Cripeman and his "Mountain of skulls" tutorial.
They also may be curious about the content in the scene, so here it is:
3D models:
Aiko 4, Kay's Leathers, Sarina A3, Whisper A3 (Daz freebie), Grimm Toon Skeleton, Millennium Teeth, Full & Feathered Hair, Darkworld Night Wings, Miki Hair, Creature Creation Pack (demon wings for A4), Nybras, Them Bones Bundle, The catacomb (freebie by Coflek-gnorg).
Mountain of skulls uses skulls taken from Poser and Daz M4/V4 skeletons.
Carrara built-in stuff:
Fire
Carrara Browser:
Mop (Objects >> Home)
Great stuff. I have used Carrara fire, but not recently. Good stuff.
gotta luv grimm & dem bonez
very cool
used a PSE vector style action in post.
Nice !!!
By the look of that cage the posts have escaped into the twilight zone ....
Thank you, I hope to write some tips about using Them Bones Bundle in Carrara, since it can be tricky
adjusting the textures seems to be the normal when using anything in Carrara
tips are always helpfull
So that's where the acorn got to !!!
The monster from the swamp
The figure comes from Artstation. I then rigged it in Carrara and also edited it with texture paint.
Very good. Reminds me of my highschool football coach.
+1 !!! Did the football coach eat Crocodiles for breakfast ?
Only if they missed a tackle or dropped a pass.
The pose looks natural, so excellent job on the rigging.
Great job.
Thank you :)
