Confusion of Epic Proportions...

I understand that many folks are psyched about the perceived simplicity of this sale, so I'm left to assume I must be missing a huge sign or banner someplace? All items in participating PA shops are 40% off for everyone, correct? 50% for PC+ members? If that's the case, how did I achieve the discounts listed in the screenshot in the cart below? Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled about the prices, but I'd also like to understand the logistics so that I can fully take advantage of the sale. I can't figure out any mathematical equation that would result in the discounts I'm getting, any help would be appreciated! Also, if it helps I'm a member of PC+.

Also, I should probably mention that the prices seem to shift by a few pennies based on nearly every item I place into or remove from the cart.

This part is due to the $6 off when you spend $30 or more. The adjustment is it spreading over lesser/fewer items.

Ah, that makes sense!! Any insight on the overall sale? Am I missing something right in front of me?

Stacking sales. RX for example is a DO which is 30%, then 40/50% based on PC membership, then whatever amount of the $6 off it's receiving.
