Installation Issues with Carrara 8.5 Pro

Hi Folks,

I bought Carrara 8.5 Pro in the amazing deal the other day but can't seem to get it to install. I have a ticket in at the help desk but thought some users might have experienced the same issues I had and perhaps found a work around.

I'm running Windows Vista, 64 bit machine and I've confirmed that Service Pack 2 is installed on my machine. I've tried running the program (64 bit version of course) the regular way and running as an administrator and I get the same result where the green bar stops just a little short of installation and it hangs up on installing C++ libraries.

Anyone have any feedback on this that might help me? Thanks in advance.

    No Windows here, but are installing it with DIM or did you manually DL the file?

    Could it be possible the DL was corrupted?
