Hair not loading

Hello,

I bought the Duchess hair

But when I load it, It looks like this

And renders like this

How can I fix this?

    Upgrade to a version of DS that supports dForce hair. Your screenshot shows that you're on 4.10, and dForce hair wasn't introduced until at least 4.11, possibly 4.12. Install the current beta if you don't want to overwrite your 4.10 install, or you can even rename the program directory for your 4.10 install and install 4.12 alongside it.

    dForce Hair (as opposed to "Hair with dForce", which is regular hair with dForce Cloth settings) needs at least DS4.11
